KG3B-2200(SP) is a small pump controller that detects real-time water pressure within the piping system and generates starting pressure automatically without any manual intervention. It combines multi-protective measures such as water shortage protection incoming water detection and anti-cycle protection to protect the pump from common water failures.
*Intelligent Control: This controller is a fully electronic intelligent water pump control device, suitable for most water pumps. It provides efficient and convenient control over your water pump system.
*Safe and Reliable: When the water pump is short of water or is blocked by foreign objects, the device will automatically stop the water pump, preventing potential damage caused by idling. It ensures the safety and longevity of your water pump.
*With Single Way Valve: Equipped with a one-way valve, the control switch prevents loss of pressure in the pipeline. This ensures stable water flow and avoids unnecessary water leakage.
*IP54 Protection: With an IP54 protection level, this control device offers excellent resistance against water and dust. It is highly reliable even in harsh environmental conditions.
*ABS Shell: The pressure controller is made of high-quality ABS material, which guarantees high hardness, durability, and a long service life. It can withstand daily wear and tear, consistent performance over time.
- Auto starts the pump either by pressure lower than Startingpressure or by the flow switch open.when starting the pump,it allows 3'20"self-priming time to prime the pump in case.(timing can be modified before ex-works)
- Stop the pump automatically with the flow switch. Stop the pump in the case of a water shortage. It will continuously run 3'20", then stop the pump.
- Able to adjust the starting pressure easily with the + and - buttons, to suit different working circumstances.
